Staff beta
Staff evaluation terms
MakerThread is currently available for invited staff evaluation. Public commercial subscriptions have not launched.
Review drafts before sending
AI-generated replies can be inaccurate. Check names, order details, commitments, policies, and tone before inserting or sending a reply. You remain responsible for messages sent through your marketplace account.
Use authorised accounts
Use the extension only with business accounts and customer conversations you are authorised to access. Do not use it to bypass platform rules, send spam, or include passwords or payment information in prompts.
Test billing
During the staff beta, billing exercises use Stripe sandbox transactions. Use the test payment details provided by your administrator. Displayed plan prices describe the proposed subscription plans.
Beta access and support
Features and usage allowances may change during evaluation, and access may be paused to fix issues. Contact the person who invited you for support or account and data requests. Public commercial terms will be supplied before paid public launch.
